The Tidjai app helps
“life move forward” smoothly

1. Tap "Sign up".
2. Enter your national ID number and mobile number, then tap “Next”.
3. Fill in the remaining details completely, then tap “Confirm”.
4. Read the Tidjai app terms of use before tapping “Accept”.
5. Enter the OTP code sent by SMS to your mobile number.
6. Set a 6-digit PIN for signing in.

📝 What to prepare: national ID card, mobile number, your contract number with Ngern Tid Lor.

1. Open the Tidjai app and tap "Forgot PIN" on the PIN entry screen.
2. Enter your national ID number and the mobile number you registered with.
3. Wait for the OTP via SMS (about 1–2 minutes).
4. Set a new password by choosing a 6-digit PIN and confirming it.
5. You can sign in to the Tidjai app with your new password.

⚠️ Note: PIN must be 6 digits. Do not use all identical digits, more than 2 repeated digits in a row, or sequential numbers (e.g. 111111, 111234, 123456).

If you changed your phone number and cannot sign in, please follow these steps.

1. Prepare your documents — national ID card and vehicle registration.
2. Contact the Call Center — call 088-088-0880, press 0, then press 4 to request a number change.
3. Wait for confirmation — the system will update your new number within 24 hours.
4. Try signing in again after you receive an SMS confirming the update.

Case 1: You have already registered

1. Tap "Sign in".
2. Enter your national ID number and mobile number.
3. Enter the OTP from SMS, then enter your PIN.

Case 2: You have never registered, or you bought a new SIM

1. Contact us so we can remove the old number first.
2. Call 088-088-0880, press 0, then press 4 to report the issue.
3. Allow 1–3 business days for resolution.
4. You will be informed when processing is complete; our team may call you back.

📝 Have ready: full name, contract number, and the phone number with the issue.

This is caused by phone settings blocking the Tidjai app. You can fix it as follows.
For the following brands: Samsung, Realme, Xiaomi/Redmi, Vivo, Oppo

1. Open your phone’s "Settings".
2. Find "Accessibility" (or similar).
3. Find "Ngern Tid Lor" in the app list.
4. Turn off special access for the app.

For other phone brands

Try "Security" or "Apps" and unblock the Tidjai app.
